Return, Refund & Replacement Policy

Eligible Cases

Replacement or refund requests will be considered only in the following cases:

  • Wrong product delivered
  • Damaged product received
  • Leaked product received
  • Product with a manufacturing defect

All requests are subject to verification by the Pure Basico support team.

Reporting Timeline

Customers must report any issue within 48 hours of receiving the order.

To process your request, please provide:

  • Order Number
  • Clear photographs of the product
  • Clear photographs of the package
  • Unboxing video
  • Brief description of the issue

Failure to provide the required information may result in rejection of the claim.

Non-Returnable Products

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, the following products are not eligible for return, replacement, or refund:

  • Opened products
  • Used products
  • Products with broken or tampered seals
  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling
  • Products damaged after delivery

Product Suitability

As skincare and personal care products may react differently based on individual skin types, refunds or replacements will not be granted for:

  • Skin sensitivity or allergic reactions
  • Personal dislike of fragrance, texture, or appearance
  • Failure to achieve expected or desired results

unless a verified manufacturing defect is established.

Refunds

Once your claim has been reviewed and approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, approved refunds may be processed via bank transfer after the required bank details are provided.

Replacement

If your claim is approved, Pure Basico may, at its sole discretion, offer:

  • Product Replacement
  • Store Credit
  • Refund (where applicable)

The resolution offered will depend on the nature of the issue and the outcome of the verification process.
