Due to the nature of skincare and personal care products, opened or used products cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

  • Packaging Images
  • Description of the issue

Refund Approval

Once the issue is verified, Pure Basico may offer:

  • Store Credit
  • Refund (where applicable)
